Thanks for reaching out! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing internal tilt latch but I believe we may have a solution that will work for your repairs. The best solution for your repairs would be to covert the sash to one that uses surface-mounted latches, if possible. 

The video below suggests using the 26-228 and 26-229 but you may also be able to use another latch from our selection of latches if they would not be a fit on the top of your sash. They can be viewed here.
