Alside window part

I believe this is an Alside window - not sure.

Also not sure if the part I need is left or right
(It's on the right looking out the window, but that looks like the left version in catalogs).

Hello! Looks like you need a new tilt latch. I recommend looking at our 26-243 and 26-244 latches to see if either could work for you.

Thanks - Can you advise me on my left/right question - I'm trying to replace the one that appears on the right as I'm looking out the window from the inside. (That one looks more similar to the one marked left on your website).

Sure, the photos you show on your window is the 26-244. That goes on the right hand corner of your sash, from the inside looking out. The opposite side would be the 26-243, as that would be the left hand corner.
