Alside window replacement part

I need your help. I am looking for this part. I think they it call pivot shoes(I am not sure).

Please let me know what replacement part I should buy.

Hello! This particular part is actually two pieces; a coil spring and then an outer coil spring housing. We can help with both but we need a bit more information.

Coincidentally, we need to see the pivot shoe in order to help. This is the plastic block under the coil spring. If you can show me what that looks like, it will tell me basically everything else that goes with it.
