Altering a storm door handle to swing in

i got a storm door(self-storing)from home depot(emco)and the home owner want it to swing in can I do it and if so what do i need

You may be able to. The hardware you will need is the 40-006 closer bracket and 40-028 lock. However, you need to make sure you have the head room for the closer. You might also have to cut away part of the aluminum frame in order to install the keeper onto the side jamb. What do you think?
