Hello!
We're happy to look into this, but we'd like you to write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center. That will help us determine whether we have a comparable match.

The distance between the 2 installation holes is 2.25".

I recommend having a look at the 90-180 sash lock. This measures 2-1/4" between the installation hole centers, with a 3/8" backset. Review the specifications and compare them with yours to see if they match your repair needs.
