Alumco Aluminite Screen Door rollers

The measurements seem to be:

Roller diameter: 1 1/4"
Roller width: 3/16" ?
Entire assembly length: 2"
Entire assembly width: 3/8"

It seems to be very close to:
84-016 or 84-104

But the wheel width seems a bit off, and there don't seem to be hooks on these models, they have some sort of closed hoop?

Ideally I could get nylon ones since these ones rusted out badly. Thank you.

Hello! Your roller looks to just be an older version of our 84-104 (or the 84-016, since you prefer nylon). They don't make these with hooks on the back end anymore, which is unfortunate because they were a lot easier to deal with. The new style still clips on the same way but it's a little more difficult to do. The tradeoff is that it is a more secure connection.

Hello,

The wheel he mentioned has less then a 5/16" width, ~3/16". The one you recommended is too wide having a 5/16" width. Do you simply not make them that size anymore since it appears we both have older screen doors?

Thanks for verifying the width. The smaller 3/16" size is unfortunately not made anymore, and hasn't been for a number of years. The part I recommended may still work, but it's not going to be pretty; I've done it before by forcibly spreading the opening where the roller goes to allow more room for the larger housing. It's not pretty but it works.

To clarify matters, we are not a manufacturer and have never made any roller ourselves. We're just a third party supplier. When manufacturers stop making a part like this, we have no way of supplying it. Trust me, I wish we could still sell the smaller version, but it's just not possible.
