1975 Vintage, Del Mar Engineering, Long Beach, California, Pat #3,670,357. We saw some posts through a Google search that you were able to come up with a match for some other customers.

Your roller housing looks similar to our 81-144, but with a 1-1/2" nylon wheel. Also take a look at the 81-269, which has a 1-1/4" metal wheel. See which one matches up best to yours.
