Aluminium window locks

Question

I built my home in 1995 and used Western Window (white) products. I have attached a pic of one of the broken locks. Your 90-009 product has the same appearance and center to center dimension of the screw holes.

Is this the same (or close enough)lock to replace the broken ones with?

The 90-009 is close, but the tongue shape is different. How does the tongue engage? If it slides into an opening in the top sash, you may want our 90-005 instead.
