I am needing to purchase and replace 2 balances in an older Milgard Aluminum Single Hung Window.
The Balances measure out at 23-5/8 (Metal to Metal)
Balance is stamped with 23 5
looking to have balances replaced with a 23 4.

Please let me know which parts are needed for purchase

We can supply this balance as a custom order, but before we go any further I need you to verify the exact weight of the sash.

For full transparency, your exact balance model isn't made anymore. There's a new model that can replace it, but the spring calibration is a little different. As such, we need the sash weight to confirm how best to calibrate this for you.
