Hello,

Your photos appear to be showing us the inner housing of the roller you need. The outer housing is also needed to identify your roller, which is most likely still inside the door. If you can remove it and show us the entire assembly, along with dimensions, we'd be happy to research this for you. Thanks for posting!

A contractor from Cranston, RI says:

Thank you so much for the follow up..

As requested, I have removed the outside housing also from the patio door..

Hope you can assist.

Cheers,

Ron

Hey Ron,

Your photos remind me of our 81-011 roller at first glance but you'll need to confirm that the width and height match up to determine if this could work for you. Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to get accurate dimensions from photos. Thank you.

A contractor from Cranston, RI says:
Good Afternoon!
Thank you for your help...
The wheel on model 81-011 is to small and the housing is different measurements. I printed the spec page of 81-011 and wrote down the measurements for your review.
Also there is a hole on the outside housing that goes side to side and their is a pin that goes thru it and that is what holds the outside roller housing to the frame of the door. I mark that up in the picture.
Hope this helps..
Worst case scenario if you just have a wheel that would match the existing one i think i can repair it.. Pictures attached also...

Looking at your first set of photos you sent us, I believe that the inside part that you show matches up to the 81-032B roller. Take a look at the roller on the web site to see if you can use the complete housing and adapt it to your door.

If not, just use the inside part of the roller. Also, take a look at the 81-266 wheel and axle kit. Maybe this could be used to repair your door rollers.
