Hello, Leigh. We don't sell this exact handle set, but we may very well have something that can work in its place. before I suggest anything, though, I'd like a little more information just to be 100% sure.

To start, can you measure the distance between the two screw holes (center-to-center) and tell me what you get? It should be 3-15/16" but I'd like to verify.

Can you also remove the mortise lock and show me a photo of that without obstruction? That's my primary concern right now. Even if we find a handle that uses the same mounting holes to install, there's no guarantee it will be compatible with the existing hardware. Seeing your mortise will allow me to get you a replacement set that is fully compatible and will require no further purchases or adaptation.
