Aluminum Window Balance has Broken

A home owner from California says:
Good morning Paul;
Spring balance on single hung aluminum window on one side broke, I like to replace the balance on both sides:
Length in channel portion of of balance 29 inches
The bottom movable panel weighs 22.2 pounds
Stamp on old balance reads 28 3 JK Caldwell
Width of channel on backside 1/2 inches and front side where the spring rests lip to lip is 5/8 inches

See our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. The diagram below shows the difference. In either case, for a new stamp option use our 2830.
