I have an aluminum sliding window, installed 1955-1959 that is hard to lock using its lever. It seems that the wheels have worn just enough that it no longer glides over the track to close. I have to give the window a slight boost/rise in order to slide the lever to close. It was probably a higher end window as everything that I've needed to replace/fix in the addition that was added in the late 50's seems to bigger/better/more special/more expensive than normal parts. I'm hoping to get a repair kit that will replace all the works. Thanks. Richard

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this but, unfortunately, the replacement hardware that you're looking for is not available in kits. This is also a very unique sliding window, which uses a bracket that I've never seen before.
Based on your description, it sounds like the rollers are the root of the problem. To determine if we carry a suitable replacement, we would need to see the original roller removed from the door with written-out dimensions to compare to our selection here. Thank you!
