Aluminum casement operator

Thanks for your photos. Since we can not see the arms of your operator, we can not narrow down any replacement options for you. Is there any way you can send a couple of photos of an entire operator including the arms? From there, I am sure we can locate what you need. Thank you.

I'm afraid not. I still cannot see the operator arm itself. It almost looks like its missing. There should be an arm extending from the base you showed in your first set of pictures. It will either be a long straight rod or two shorter arms hinged together. This arm is what physically pulls close and pushes open the window when you turn the crank. Without seeing that, we won't be able to identify what you have. Its length and style are very important components.
