I don't know much about door hardware but it looks just like the left hand, pivot door assembly on your website.

Hey there, maybe I can help. This pivot looks like a match for our 79-129 swinging door pivot assembly. Would this be the part you referenced in your last response? We also sell the 79-130 for the opposite side if you needed that.
