I can not find any markings or manufacturer of the window but I matched up your item 18-042 as being pretty close to what I need. Chech out the image that I attached and let me know if it is a match.

I agree, our 18-042 looks like a pretty good choice. Just double check your dimensions to ensure that they are a match.
