Aluminum non-tilt channel balance question

Quick Learner
Hi Swisco team
I have an old channel balance from aluminum non-tilt windows with the following specifications:

L : 33 in
W : ? in
Stamp : 3230
Top vinyl : see photos
Bottom vinyl : see photos

Would you kindly help me find the right match ?

Thank you very much.

Update-Customer re-measured and the channel is exactly 33" rather than 33-1/8th

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but it looks like the bottom fitting of the balances shown in your photo is broken. We would need to see an undamaged version of the fitting from the balance on the other side of the window or an identical window in the house to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Thank you kindly for your guidance.
I found another channel balance (see photo below) to share with you that has the full unbroken plastic shoe present -- the top plastics are identical

The description is as follows -
Stamp : 3130
Length : 32 inches
Width : ? inch

It's one inch shorter than the first one (see comparisons in photo)

How do I know which one is the best for the windows ?

Would the dimensions of the window determine the best length of the channel balance ?

With this new photo showing the plastic shoe are you able to suggest the best match from your Swisco database ?

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 3230 spring strength option for the replacement balances based on the 3230 stamp on your damaged assembly. The 33" long metal channel would correspond to either the S351-33 or S390-33. Thank you!
