Thanks for posting. We can help you replace this pivot shoe, but it would be best to see it removed from the window. This will enable you to give us more precise measurements of the width and thickness of the shoe as well, the two most critical measurements. From there, we should be able to determine what you need.

Take a look at our 15-212. Look over all the dimensions for yourself just to ensure it's a match.
