Metal roller on one side number 8 is written and 123 on the other.

thanks for your reply. I don't this item will fit. It doesn't have the back grooves to keep it in place. I am more inclined towards 81-032B but I think it's a bit longer.

I see what you mean about the 81-032B. Keep in mind that length of a patio door roller isn't that important. The height and width of the roller, as well as the wheel diameter, are the pertinent dimensions. If those match what you have, then I think you are right and the 81-032B could work.
