I have a sliding glass door that has flat spots on the rollers. Have not been able to find replacement parts. Can you help. The part measures 1.25x2.25x.5.

Hello!
This looks like the inner housing of a roller. The outer housing may still be in the door. If you could remove it and show us the entire assembly, along with the dimensions, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need.

that is the entire assembly. the only part not in the photo is the adjustment screw that is attached to the door frame
