Aluminum sliding window panel

I'm trying to replace the plastic guides that fasten to both sides of the window panel.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what it is you're looking for. I don't see a plastic guide in your photo. Can you show me a picture of the guide itself? Seeing it out of the window will be extra helpful. Thank you!

These pix were taken from the outside. The plastic is broken. It should cover the outside of the frame and it slide inside the channel.

I'm afraid these new pictures don't tell us much. I'm just not sure what I'm looking at. What function does it serve? Is it the glazing bead? Is it a weatherstripping of some kind? Is there any way you can remove it and show it to us by itself? If it's glazing or weatherseal, we need a clear picture of the end profile.
