Hello,

Our closest replacement option for the tilt pivot shown in your photos would be the 26-361. Please note that you would most likely need to drill a new hole in the sash to install it, being careful not to hit the glass. Review the specifications below and see what you think. Thank you!

Thank you, Casey. My company has the 26-361's in stock. I guess the one I'm looking for us no longer made. Now, how about a 3"×1 1/4" tilt sash clip with a hole spacing of 2"?
It's a top mount.
