Aluminum tilting windows lower pivot and slid WL1052N

This plastic pivot is at the bottom of our tilt-in windows at our church. The pivot slide up and down with the window function. Two connecting arms attach the upper part of the window to the frame. These pivots have two part numbers ending in 1052 and 1051. Any help identifying these part would be appreciated. Pictures of the complete window can be provided. Thank you
