the rod is 34 " silver...total length 35"
looking to get the replacement rod and socket attachment.looks like the 5/8"

This looks like a tilt window spiral balance. You would want either our S900-34 or S600-34, depending on the diameter of the outer tube.

I'm also not sure what the attachment you mention could be. I'd have to see a photo of it to recommend anything.

The bottom part of the rod that the window pin swivel on.

Gotcha. That sounds like a pivot shoe, but I don't see any pivot shoe in your photo. I need to see one in order to make a recommendation. We will also need to know its precise width and thickness.

Its an aluminum double hung tilted window.

You have a very early aluminum window. We have the S600-34 balance that should work for you, as well as the 75-006 charging tool, but we won't be able to get that nylon fitting with the hole and metal clip. Those haven't been made in a long time and I don't know who would sell these anymore.
