Aluminum window balances

Question

I have aluminum non tilt windows in florida. There are wings on the top and bottom.

I need 2 window balancers that are stamped 2930..measurements are 30" and 1/2" wide..also sent pics to confirm correct clips...

But a Swisco Rep said it would have to be a custom production. Is that true?

Hello, Robert. I think this very well may have to be a custom construction, yes. The main reason why is because your bottom nylon fitting looks so shallow compared to those standard options we sell. Specifically, it looks like our 15-029.

Can you confirm that this is what you have? Please measure the depth of your shoe and compare it to our dimensions below to verify that it's the same as our 7/8". If it is then we can set you up with a custom balance order link for this configuration.
