Hello! I believe you have a Keller window. Look and compare our 55-016 snap-in glazing to yours. It looks like it will work for you.

It's not impossible to replace the snap in glazing with the sash still in the main frame, but it is easier to do the job on a work bench with the sash laying down. As for removing the sash, it really depends on what you have. Some older windows aluminum windows aren't meant to be removed, but most can.
