Aluminum window channel balance

A quick learner from Florida says:
The only number printed on it is "17 4 GQ CALDWELL".
Came out of a 3'x3' aluminum window. Both are in the photo. Left side failed because a tiny white plastic puly broke.

Both our S351-18 and S390-18 channel balances look compatible with what you have. The only difference between these two parts is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the bottom shoe is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below to determine which of the two balances would make the better match. Whichever one you choose will go with a 1740 option.
