Aluminum window channel balancer

Question

I have a 24 inch balancer with the markings 24 C BSI. Believe the top matches 19-002 and the shoe 15-003. I don't find a balancer with this combination of top and shoe. Do you custom make balancers?

Based on your dimensions, I think you could use our S390-25 balance. The shoe is 1-1/8" deep but I think it could still work in your window. In a worst case scenario you could always shave it down slightly. As for the stamp, I'd recommend the 2430 option but you can always weigh your sash to confirm.

If you do want to go with the 19-002 and 15-003, we can make it for you but it will need to be a custom order.
