Aluminum window glazing

I am a contractor and a sigle elderly woman in her 90s had me come take a look at some double pane windows that were replaced 4 yrs ago and the glazings were incorrect and the glass is on the verge of falling out.  The pane and the channel in the aluminum frame are 1" thick. There is a 3/16-1/4 gap between the edge of the glass and the edge of the aluminum frame.  So I am hoping to find a glazing that will work for this application.  Thanks Josh
