I'm trying to locate these aluminum window guides for both the top and bottom of the windows.

We can't be sure with your roller still installed but the 87-175 is similar. Review the specifications below to confirm if it could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!

Is there a matching piece for the bottoms of the same type of window? The bottom doesn't look like it had wheels unless they're missing. The part looks exactly the same aside from the wheel.

The bottom of a sliding window would need rollers to operate properly. We can't be sure without seeing the original bottom roller but it's possible you need the same part and the wheel has just broken off. I can tell you that there is no version of the 87-175 roller specifically for the bottom of the sash.
