This clip is on either side of the top of the bottom pane. It hold the window in place.

Take a look at our 26-394 Tilt Latch pair matches what you have. These latches do not feature that top nite lock tab, as it's no longer available. That said, it's not necessary for the latch to function, and you could reuse your old ones if you wanted to regardless.
