Aluminum window weather stripping: how to?

I just ordered your 58-002 wool pile

How do I remove and replace the weather stripping in my aluminum windows?
I watched your video on replacing the weather stripping by simply sliding out the old wool pile.
However, my mounting channels are welded into mitred corners. What is my removal option?

Check to see if there is a notch at one of the ends of the sash to help you slide in the wool pile. If not, you can sometimes use the back of the blade in a utility knife to force it into the channel.
