Aluminum windows handle and lock tab

No name hardware. This is vintage late 70's early 80's (this is what I am told). Looking for the tabs. Also looking for the handles. They are left and right handles because the handle has a sweep.

The closest match I've been able to find is our 38-078, but I cannot be sure this will work. It will depend on your specific dimensions. You can use the measurements on our 38-078 store page as a reference.
