Am I selecting the right replacement Channel Balance?

Question

Please take a look at the attached pics. I'm thinking of ordering the S380 Channel Balance 1/2" x 24" with option 2320.

The window itself weighs 8lbs.

The only thing I see that is different about the S380 Channel Balance is the top. The one I have is flat where the one on your web site is pointed. I don't see any flat tops. All the measurements seem to be correct.

Will the S380 still work for my application?

Hi Kyle, it definitely sounds like you're on the right track. I believe you either have an S380-24 or an S385-24. They're same except for the depth of the bottom plastic piece. If yours measures 1" then so for the S380. If it measures 1-3/32", you'll need the S385. Hope this helps!
