Amarlite door

I am trying to replace pivots on a convenience store. Door is Amarlite. These pictures do not seem to match the pivots that are shown for Amarlite.

Start by looking at our 79-125 and 79-126 Amarlite Commercial Pivots. Look this type over and see if it could work for you. If not, please show me a clearer picture of the hole pattern on the old pivot, and I will see if I can find something better.
