Are parts shown in picture available?
Is the sash available - have broken bottom sash piece at bottom of window where pivot pin is located

Hello! I'm afraid we cannot replace entire sashes, but we can replace your balance system. See our 15-087 coil housing and 15-086 coil housings, Series 180 coil spring, and 15-024 bracket. Carefully go over these parts to confirm that they match your system.
