Hello! This operator looks like an older version of our 39-330, which is compatible with the 39-114L handle. Look these parts over and let me know what you think. Also see the 39-329, which is the opposite side.

Please note that I believe your operator is an older version. As such, the 39-114L handle may not work on your current hardware.

Thanks. If I purchase the 39-329 and 30-330 do you think they will fit on my current windows? The current handle keeps falling off when opening or closing and I'm not sure if it's the handle or the operating mechanism.

Yep, that's why I recommended them. You should still review the pictures and dimensions we show on their respective store pages just to be 100% sure though. I can't make any guarantees, but they're my best recommendation.
