American Craftsman 3150 Casement Windows

I tried to get opening casement mounting parts from American Craftsman. They sent the slides at the top of the picture where the top channel is cut back and does not allow the slide to travel all of way without coming out.

Do you have the older slides?

Looks like you need a new casement window hinge. We don't have this exact style, but it sounds like it doesn't work for you anyway. 

Consider our 36-048. This is a pretty versatile hinge that can work on most casement windows, in my experience. Refer to the video below to see exactly how it works.
