I'd be happy to look into that for you, but unfortunately it's not possible to identify a replacement roller without seeing the original. For this kind of project, you have to expect to remove the door twice: once to identify the part, and again to replace. That is necessary and routine.

In the meantime you can consider our 81-095 or 81-030. These two parts are often used on American Craftsman doors, but they're only two options among many. The only way to verify a match is to use the original as an alternative.

If you do remove the original first, we need to see it from the top, side, and back end. Written dimensions would also be necessary.
