I am looking to buy a handle that has a keyed lock on the outside. I have attached the sticker and measurement photos. Can you please assist?

Hello there. This looks like an 82-218 Mortise Lock. The 82-030B or 82-086 Keyed Handle Sets should work with this setup. See what you think.
