I have 2 windows that need this operator. This one has a cracked base under the crank. The other window the operator and the bars and rails screwed to the botton of the sash the operator slides into are rusted out. What information do you need to identify the parts I need. Thanks, John Labetti

Hello! This looks like the old GU operator. This isn't made anymore, unfortunately, but there is still a solution you can try to get your windows working again. I recommend watching the video below which will cover everything you have to do step by step.
Let me know if you had any questions!

Hi, Thanks for your help. The operator and bracket are out of stock. I put my email on the list.
I'm also looking for a hinge set for a American Craftsman casement 7501 series window. Opens from the left looking from the outside. 28" x 54". Videos are a great help especially when you are 76 years old like me.

That's very kind of you to say! We try our best.
For this hinge, I would recommend our 36-048 as a replacement. It's not exactly the same as yours but should still work as long as you replace the to and bottom hinges at the same time. We also have a video on that which you may find helpful.
