American Craftsman 8500 Springs

I bought windows in 2014 from Home Depot America Craftsman 8500 the springs broke on both sides looks like 3 springs I watched the video on cutting the channels and taking the springs out, but I'm not sure which springs to order any ideas.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your support balances fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. It sounds like you may have coil balances.
