Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but your pivot shoe is too obscured by the window sash. Can you remove the sash and show us a full view of it? 

Thank you kindly! Your pivot shoe appears to match the 15-087. Since it's stamped with the number 10, see the S180-10 10-pound springs. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and let us know if you have any questions. 

You'll have to make a cut out in the window track to remove and install the hardware, if there isn't one already. We don't have a video for the replacement process, but take a look at the diagram below. Just note that all part the parts shown are sold individually.
