American Craftsman Caement Window Replacement Parts

Home Owner from Clearwater Florida

The part I'm looking for is the black plastic piece that attachs to the window arm HG04-2004.

I'm not sure if it's a separate part or mounted to the metal bracket ( patent numbers on it ) which is @ 10 inches long by 3/4'' wide. I'm not sure if there is a left or right piece. From the inside of the house the window is on the left and cranks out to the left.

My photos except the inside of the home are from the right side casement. If the part or parts come in pairs, one left, one right that would probably ideal as the other one will probably need replacing soon.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Alan

Looks like you need the hinge slide. That's unfortunately not sold by itself. If that breaks, you need an all new hinge.

To compound matters, we don't sell an identical version of your old hinge. However if the length of the base track is 10", then our 36-048 should work no problem. Just make sure that you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time to ensure symmetrical operation.
