American Craftsman Part

I was told after two months of getting the wrong part from American Craftsman they said that they no longer have this part. It is the little block at the top of the window frame that the balance string and tab fit into. It measures 1 3/8 long, 7/8 on the out side of the block, 5/8 on the inside where the string tab fits. It has two holes at the top for screws. I am looking for two of these.
