American Craftsman Vinyl double hung window

Question

I broke my left side tilt in lock and am trying to make sure I order the correct ones. They are snap in I believe. The right side top is 0.965" wide by overall length without lock of 2.43" . I guess after taking the photo and seeing the micro cracks I bettter replace both. Can you also tell me how it comes out and the new go in please? I believe I need the Product Code: 26-393B. Is that right? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. Many American Craftsman's tilt windows use the 26-393B tilt latches but I recommend you remove your old one from the window and compare the specifications to confirm. The video below will show you the removal and installation process.
