American Craftsman Window Glass is Fogged

Question

I have an American Craftsman Double Hung Window where the upper window glass has leaked and has fogged up. I want to take the window out and take it to a glass place and get the glass replaced. I purchased these windows from Home Depot on May 13, 2008. The product line is 8500. How do I remove the window? I have removed other manufacturer's windows by taking the whole upper or lower window to a horizontal position and pushing the window up. It was easy.
