Hey, Bob. Your shoe looks like our 15-087, which is designed to be used with a Series 180 coil spring.
Since there's no stamp on the old spring, you'll have to get the exact weight of the sash and then divide that by how many springs support it. For example, if you have a 12 pound sash and only 2 springs support it (one on each side), then you want the S180-6, which carries 6 pounds per spring. Does that make sense?

I'm not sure what a window holder might be. Would you be referring to the 15-087 pivot shoe?
