Thanks for posting! It looks like your window hinge has become damaged causing the window sash to fall out of the frame. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for it but I'll need to know the dimension for the hinge track that installs to the window sill.
Are you also looking to replace the operator? If so, I'll also need to see a photo of how the base of the operator mounts to the window.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have.
The closest replacement matches we have are the 36-049 2-Bar Hinge Set and the 36-004-14 Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge Set. To determine which of these would be the best fit for the window, you'll need to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
Given the difference in the length of the track, there is a chance the other dimensions may not be a match. That said, there is a chance you'll need to drill new installation holes to install these hinges.
These sets can be used to replace the top and bottom hinge for right and left handed applications.
It isn't necessarily customary to replace the operators but it would be a good idea to examine them. That way you can determine if they do need to be replaced and complete those repairs at the same time you are replacing the hinges. I've tagged the possible replace options below; the dimensions for them can be found directly on the website.
