Greetings I have this window and it will not stay up. My sister in law tried to clean it and broken a component on it that will not let it stay up in place any more.
Which part do I need?

It sounds like you're having a problem with your window balances. Can you show us pictures of the component that was broken? If you can identify the broken window balance, the length and width of the balance would help us, as well as the weight of your window sash.
